Personally, the favorite website in my case is Thepiratebay
The site content many torrent files. Torrent is a type of program similar to E-mule and Ares, but in my experience much safer than those two other programs.
The site means to be a “Google Torrent Searcher” and content thousands of files with some great content.
I discovered the site in 2006, when in my constant curiosity of searching the perfect program to download things, I found torrent. In a fact, my musical expansion starts in those days.
Thepiratebay or “The Pirate Bay” appears to me like a gold galleon in the sea (In that case I am the pirate he he). I remember that my cousin told me the existence of this site, or maybe a friend… I do not remember that clearly.
My Visit records of the site are irregular, because I only enter when I need a rare thing or an entire discography of an artist.
In the 2010, the site had a problem with the music records and other copyright companies… who demands to the site and the administrators of it. The demand is for illegal use and sharing of copyright information.
The site was saved by some Swiss hostings to be blocked by the federal laws. That works like a bunker for that type of websites. In a fact, in Switzerland was founded the first politician pirate party.
Therefore, I use the site to get some fantastic information. Maybe in the present doing that is illegal but I expect, that no so far in the future that thing will be perfectly normal.
