A Concert, Exhibition or Sports Event

Good evening, my next post will be on the theme of the concerts.
I remember my first gig was at age 19 to see the English band called Radiohead Santiago, Chile.
I had a wake up too late, because I constantly listened to music until 2007.
In the same year, the Festival SUE arrived in Chile, and I heard a great mix of different bands, as a retired from Seattle, the band called "REM", the group called "The Jesus & Mary Chain" and North Americans "Sonic Youth" .
In 2010, I assisted to the "Maquinaria Festival", with some great bands like "Yo la Tengo" and "Pixies", I went to the Movistar Arena to see "Smashing Pumpkins" (with a friend who was very close to me). In addition, the last year I went to saw the band called “Tortoise” in the “Nescafe de las artes” theatre, the “pearl Jam” concert and the Mystery land Festival.

Continuing with the original idea of the post, my favorite concert was my first concert, when I saw to “Radiohead”. I enjoyed very much because I really love the music band and her music, also I liked very much the covers, specially the band of “Kraftwerk”
In general, when I go to a concert, the admiration that I feel for a group grows up.
I decided to go to Radiohead because de didn’t came to Chile before and because I Really like that band. 

Chinese Horoscope

Hello, now I will talk about my Chinese horoscope.

I had born in January 16 of 1990, at the mid day; it was a very hot day with some high temperatures.

In the occidental calendar, I am Capricorn. Capricorn is a kind of mountain goat, and the sign have relation to the earth.

However, in the Chinese horoscope I am a snake.

In addition, I always think that I am a water snake, but recently y discovered that I am a earth snake, similar to my occidental sign.

My personality seems accordingly to a water snake, not to an earth snake… maybe because that I growth up with an idea (water snake) that was different to my real element.

In addition, I am not a materialistic person; I am exactly the opposite kind of people, this is more conditioned to my parents, who growth me up with different valor’s.

I can say this because I read often my occidental horoscope and my Chinese horoscope, but I never read my sign star, or something else like that.

I do not know my sign star, and I prefer to keep that in secret (for this post, and my life) because I don’t want to know some things of my zodiac… it’s a personal decision.

My christmas

Hello, I will talk about my extra short Christmas.

I understand when Simond says “extra short Christmas” referred to the last Christmas evolved in the compressed semester.

In my recent past Christmas, i stay with my close family group in my house (my three brothers with her sons and my parents). Every brother family made a dish to the Christmas dinner, me with my parents made the salads and a ceviche.

Honestly, the dinner only was with my parents and my sister (with her husband); the son was sleeping because he has two years old.

My others two brothers arrived (with their sons and wife’s) when are close 12 o’clock, and they ate the desserts and a coffee with all.

When came the midnight, everybody goes to the living to open the children's gifts. With my family decided, we were not going to give gifts to adults, as we believe that Christmas has become in many cases at a date to boost consumption among the people, that not really looking to unite people. However, I got a gift from my dad. It was a beer selection of a fantastic mark.

Now I am thinking that I will continue being a child to my dad, but I am a big child… for the beer I think.

Finally, I only drank red wine with my family, in a curiously good night.

Childhood Christmas

I clearly remember when I was a kid, when I loved the Christmas. I have a big family, especially my mother family. She has three brothers and every brother has two to four sons, and she also has four cousins with sons too.

My family gathered together in the house of one of the brothers, and every year they celebrate with all the family there, for me it was normal when the family Christmas dinner had forty people inside one house.

I remember that I always ate a fantastic dinner, with some turkey, some salads and some desserts too.

The gifts are opened at twelve o’clock, when the family gathered together to open the presents. Of course I was a child in those times, and I had an especially attention of all my family, and an important part of the gifts, and the presents in the most of the cases was a strange combination of candies.

I have a cousin of my age, he received the same attention that I received when we were small, and I clearly remember that the gift was the identical in some cases.

Also, I remember that i was bored in some cases, because I only have my cousin for play because my family is too old.

Last Week

Hello, I was supposed to make this post during the 2011, but some organization problems appeared. And do not give the appropriate space for this work.

So, today i will talk about the progressive and recent boom of the social networks around the internet.

Let’s take a little review of history… Officially the first social communication begins when the first E-mail was sent in 1971, the computers were in the same room, next to each other. In 1978, was distribuited the first internet navigator distribuited by the existing Usenet plataform, and the first well-known social network was Geosites in the year 1994. AOL launches his services in 1997, wich was the first instant messenger comunicator in the world.

In the 2000’s the boom of the internet begins, and in the 2003 was launched Friendster, who obtain three million users in only three months. Myspace was launched in 2003 and network was originally called as the clone of friendster. Facebook was launched in 2004 and stills vigent in the present; recently in 20011 facebook greatly exceeds the users of Myspace, twitter and Friendster together.
Everything indicates that social networks will continue gaining popularity around the world, perhaps with what new and ingenious ideas in order to stay on the higly variated market.
